Pontiac Stamping has been approved or certified to receive Federal Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) benefits retroactive to September 9, 2008 thru March 22, 2012.  Michigan Works is responsible for sending out a letter inviting eligible participants (hourly, salary or contract employees on roll effective September 9, 2008 who were separated, retired, or indefinitely laid off) to an orientation meeting to explain in greater detail what Federal benefits employees are eligible to receive and how to sign up for benefits.  For more information visit the Department of Labor link at www.doleta.gov/tradeact
